Tour of Ananthagiri is Bike-O-Holics' flagship endurance cycling event that takes riders on a scenic 130-145 km round-trip journey from Hyderabad to the beautiful Ananthagiri Hills. More than just a ride, it's an experience that celebrates endurance, friendship, determination, and the joy of cycling. Tour of Ananthagiri is a supported endurance ride, not a race. Riders are encouraged to ride at their own pace while enjoying the journey safely and responsibly.
The event offers one of the most scenic endurance routes near Hyderabad, complete with rolling countryside, the famous Ananthagiri climb, excellent ride support, warm hospitality, and a vibrant cycling community that celebrates every finisher.
Tour of Ananthagiri is proudly organized by Bike-O-Holics (BOH), one of Hyderabad's most active cycling communities, committed to promoting endurance cycling, fitness, road safety, and community engagement
Any cyclist(18+ years) who is physically fit and has sufficient long-distance riding with riding experience of 100+ kms can participate.
This ride is recommended for cyclists who have comfortably completed rides of at least 80–100 km before attempting the full 145 kms challenge.

Yes. Helmets are mandatory for every participant throughout the event.
Yes. Since the ride begins before sunrise, every bicycle must have a working white front light and a red rear light.

The complete ride is approximately 130 - 145 km, with about 65-75 km each way (depends on the start point from Hyderabad).
The route consists of relatively flat sections followed by gradual rolling terrain and the iconic climb into Ananthagiri Hills, making it an enjoyable endurance challenge.
Yes. The route will be supported through GPS navigation, route markings, volunteers, marshals, and SAG vehicles.
No. This is an open-road cycling event, and all participants must strictly follow traffic rules.
Yes. Riders must complete the ride within the official event cut-off time, which will be announced before the event.
Yes. A delicious hot breakfast awaits riders at the designated breakfast point after reaching Ananthagiri.
Yes. SAG support vehicale is available along the route. Few small snacks like banana/dates will be available at designated SAG points
SAG (Support and Gear) points are support stations where riders can refill bottles, rest, receive basic mechanical assistance, and access medical support if required.
Yes. Basic mechanical assistance will be available during the event like tyre inflation/puncture support. However, riders are encouraged to carry their own essential spares.
Yes. Every participant should carry at least one spare tube, tyre levers, a mini pump or CO₂ inflator, and a multi-tool.
Yes. Medical support will be available throughout the event. Trained medical personnel, ambulances, and event volunteers will be positioned along the route to provide assistance if required. Participant safety remains our highest priority.
No. The use of earphones, headphones, or any audio devices while riding is strictly prohibited, as they reduce awareness of surrounding traffic, fellow riders, and event instructions. This rule is in place to ensure the safety of all participants.
What happens if I cannot continue riding?
If you are unable to continue the ride, please contact the nearest event volunteer or call the emergency support number provided in your rider kit. The support team will assist you and arrange the appropriate assistance based on your location and the situation.
Yes. Every rider who successfully completes the Tour of Ananthagiri in accordance with the official event guidelines will receive an exclusive Tour of Ananthagiri Finisher medal or trophy as a commemorative memento of their achievement.
Yes. Professional photographers and event volunteers will be stationed along the route to capture memorable moments throughout the ride. Event photographs will be shared after the ride through the official Tour of Ananthagiri channels.

Yes. If an event jersey is included with your registration category, it will be distributed according to the schedule announced by the organizers. Please refer to the event updates for jersey collection dates, timings, and venue details.
Yes. Tour of Ananthagiri is generally conducted rain or shine. However, if weather conditions are deemed unsafe, the organizers reserve the right to modify the route, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event in the interest of participant safety. Any such decision will be communicated through the event's official channels.
